Reset Integration
You’ve made progress. But something still hasn’t fully shifted.
Maybe stress doesn’t run the show the way it used to. You have better tools. You understand yourself more. Day-to-day life may feel steadier.
And still, there can be places where your body stays tense, the same reaction shows up again, or settling completely feels harder than it should.
Reset Integration is a private 1-on-1 process that brings together Neural Drift Meditation™, TRE®, and transformational coaching for people who are ready to work with what’s still there — not just manage it better.
Three practices. One integrated approach. For when managing stress isn’t the whole answer.
Because understanding something and changing your response to it are not always the same thing.
You can understand why something affects you and still feel your body react before your thinking catches up.
You can have good stress-management tools and still notice tension that never quite leaves.
You can be more regulated overall and still have certain situations, sensations, or reactions that pull you back into a familiar response.
Reset Integration gives us more than one way to work with that experience. The practices are not three unrelated techniques stacked into the same package. They are used together, over time, so what happens in one part of the work can inform the others.
The goal is deeper integration — not simply adding more coping strategies to the list.
TRE®
Work with the body
TRE — Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises — uses a series of exercises to activate the body’s natural tremor response. This body-based practice was developed by Dr. David Berceli.
As a Certified TRE Provider, I guide you through the sequence and help you learn how to work safely with that response as a way of releasing accumulated tension and stress.
Neural Drift Meditation™
Create room to settle
Neural Drift Meditation is a non-directive meditation practice. Instead of concentrating harder or trying to control your thoughts, you allow internal activity to settle naturally with less effort and less performance.
As your mind settles, your body tends to follow — often dropping into a state of rest deeper than sleep, where stored stress and fatigue start to release. You don't have to make it happen — it's just what happens when the mind stops working so hard, letting the nervous system reset.
Transformational Coaching
Connect what is happening
The coaching piece gives us space to notice what is changing, explore what still shows up, and connect what you are experiencing in practice with the way you respond, make decisions, and move through everyday life. This is where NDM and TRE come together — turning two separate practices into one connected process.
Three practices.
One integrated process.
Each part of Reset Integration works differently. That is the point.
Rather than asking one technique to do everything, we use three complementary approaches so the body, the mind, and the meaning you make from your experience can inform one another.
You practice it here. You learn how to use it out there.
Reset Integration happens through private sessions that combine guided practice, conversation, and time to notice what is changing between sessions.
Depending on where you are starting, sessions may include:
✓Guided TRE practice and support learning the TRE sequence
✓Neural Drift Meditation practice or deepening an existing NDM practice
✓Transformational coaching focused on insight, integration, and familiar responses
✓Reflection on what you are noticing physically, emotionally, and behaviorally
✓Practical implementation between sessions so the work is not limited to the room
You are not only guided through NDM and TRE during sessions. You learn them as practices you can continue using independently.

Who is this for
This work tends to fit people who have already started building regulation skills and want a more focused, integrative private process.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have already developed some awareness of how stress shows up for you
Want to work with deeper emotional, behavioral, and physiological responses
Are open to both body-based and meditation-based practices
Want a structured process rather than open-ended support
Have made real progress and still sense there is another layer worth exploring
Meet John Berkley, NBC-HWC
Health & Wellness Coach | Certified TRE® Provider
This work grew out of my own questions about stress, recovery, and what happens after you learn to cope.
My career has included military service, leadership in high-stress hospitality environments, and almost two decades in law enforcement, where I retired as a Lieutenant with the Appleton Police Department.
Along the way, I saw what chronic stress and cumulative exposure can do — in the people I worked alongside and in myself.
That experience led me first to non-directive meditation, then to TRE and health coaching. Over time, I became less interested in treating those as separate tools and more interested in what could happen when they were used together, with enough time for the work to connect.
You don’t have to be falling apart to know there is more to work with.
Sometimes the next step comes because the tools you already have are working.
You are steadier. You can recover. You understand more about yourself than you used to.
And from that more stable place, you can finally notice what still needs attention.
Reset Integration is designed for that next layer.
You may be looking for a different kind of support.

Usually, no. Most clients begin with Neural Drift Meditation™ before moving into Reset Integration because it creates a foundation in non-directive practice and regulation. Direct entry may make sense if you already have experience with non-directive meditation, TRE®, or another relevant regulation practice. We’ll talk through your experience during the consultation and decide together whether Reset Integration is the right next step.
-
You can absolutely learn each practice separately. Reset Integration brings NDM, TRE, and transformational coaching into one process so what happens in one part of the work can inform the others. The value is in the integration, not simply access to three separate techniques.
-
They work through different pathways in the nervous system, which is part of why combining them works so well. TRE works primarily from the body upward, using the body's natural tremor response to release stored stress and tension. Neural Drift Meditation works from the mind downward, letting thoughts and internal activity settle naturally without concentration or effort. Together, they create a kind of dialogue between body and awareness — nothing forced, just room for the nervous system to reorganize on its own.
-
No. Reset Integration is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you have a complex trauma history or a relevant medical condition, we’ll talk through whether this is an appropriate fit before beginning.
-
The work is individualized. What your body responds to, what comes up during practice, and what needs attention can look very different from someone else’s experience. Private sessions allow the process to be paced around you and keep the three parts of the work connected.
-
The goal is for you to leave with both Neural Drift Meditation™ and TRE® as practices you understand and can continue using on your own, along with the insight and integration developed through coaching. Some people choose occasional follow-up sessions; others are ready to continue independently.
