Therapy & Coaching with Linell Berkley, MSW, LCSW

I work with adults and couples who want thoughtful, focused care that is clinically grounded and highly personalized to the individual or relationship in front of me.

That may be through ongoing individual psychotherapy, focused Intensive EMDR therapy for a specific experience or targeted need, or couples therapy that gives your relationship the dedicated time and space it deserves. Additionally, EME Coaching is another option for self exploration and growth - looking at patterns, alignment, purpose, and the deeper influences shaping how you move through your life.

Together, we can determine which service best fits your needs and goals.

You are ready for something different.

Quality care starts with the right fit.

Finding the right fit includes both the provider you choose and the type of service that best matches your needs - clinically, practically, and personally.

Here are the ways I work with clients at Berkley Wellness.

Individual Therapy

Personalized therapy with depth and direction.

One-on-one psychotherapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, family or relationship concerns, insomnia, life transitions, and patterns or experiences affecting how you feel, function, relate, and move through your life.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I draw from a range of evidence-based, experiential, and mind-body approaches to shape therapy around your history, current needs, and goals.

EMDR Intensive Therapy

Focused time for something that still carries too much weight.

EMDR Intensive Therapy offers extended, personalized treatment when specific experiences, memories, beliefs, fears, or recurring patterns may benefit from more structured and concentrated therapeutic time.

Rather than containing the process within a standard therapy hour, an intensive provides protected space for preparation, processing, regulation, and integration - allowing us to stay with the therapeutic process with greater continuity and depth.

Couples Therapy

Strengthen connection. Understand the patterns between you.

Couples therapy offers dedicated time to better understand how you communicate, navigate conflict, respond to one another, and repair when connection gets lost. We also explore the friendship, trust, intimacy, and shared meaning that strengthen a relationship over time.

My approach is structured and integrative, drawing from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based approaches, and Imago-informed strategies. Follow-up sessions are 90 minutes, giving us more space for meaningful conversation, deeper understanding, and lasting change.

EME Coaching

Align your Emotions, Mind, and Energy with what you want to create.

EME Coaching is a service that explores emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, internal rules, old narratives, intuition, energy, and manifestation.

Together, we look at the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you blocked, rewrite the narratives that no longer fit, and create greater alignment between what you think, feel, believe, and want to attract into your life.

EME Coaching is a psychoeducational form of life coaching and is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Psychotherapist | EMDRIA Certified Therapist | Certified EME Practitioner

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and highly individualized. Drawing from more than 20 years of clinical experience, I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with experiential and mind-body approaches selected according to your history, current needs, and treatment goals.

In therapy, our work is clinically focused on understanding the factors contributing to your symptoms, identifying underlying patterns, strengthening emotional regulation and coping, processing unresolved experiences, and supporting meaningful progress toward your treatment goals.

In coaching, the focus shifts toward exploring the connection between emotion, mind, and energy. This includes limiting beliefs, old rules, and blocks that can interfere with intuition and the alignment of your authentic self.
