Heal the patterns. Regulate the body. Transform your life.
An integrated wellness practice in the Fox Valley offering therapy, coaching, meditation, and nervous system regulation for individuals, couples, and organizations by transforming the underlying patterns behind lasting change.
Most approaches treat the symptoms.
We transform the patterns beneath them.
At Berkley Wellness, we believe meaningful transformation begins beneath the surface. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we help clients understand the patterns that shape their lives. By integrating evidence-based approaches such as therapy, coaching, and meditation training, we create opportunities for authentic, meaningful and lasting change.
John & Linell Berkley
An Integrated Wellness Practice
Berkley Wellness was founded by Linell and John, a married couple who arrived at this work from two different directions.
Linell is a licensed psychotherapist of more than twenty years, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, Certified EME Practitioner, trained in the Gottman Method, and is an expert in treating trauma and couples.
John is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified TRE® Provider, and military veteran with a two decade background in law enforcement. Founder of Neural Drift Meditation™ and Reset Integration, John has shaped an evidence-based approach grounded in the body’s physiology to manage stress, recovery, and healing.
Two specialties, one practice designed to meet both the mind and the body.
Two paths, one foundation.

Not sure which path to choose?
Start with the sentence that sounds most like you.
“I keep replaying something that happened, and talking about it hasn’t fixed it.” → EMDR with Linell
“We’re not fighting, exactly, we’re just…roommates”
“I’m fine all day, but when I lay down at night my heart won’t stop racing.”
“My team has been running hot for a year, and it’s starting to show.”
Start with fifteen minutes.
A complimentary consultation. No intake forms, no commitment — just a conversation about whether this is the right place, and with whom. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you who might be.
